We want our curriculum to engage students’ curiosity about Motor Engineering. We want to build their confidence as citizens to make informed decisions throughout their lives.
To embed employability skills to help our young people flourish in the working world of work.
What
We teach motor Engineering skills and knowledge required for students to achieve appropriate qualifications and those applicable to life beyond school. For example, Periodic servicing, SI Engines and Health and safety and risk assessing which is a lifelong skill.
We engage students with the local relevant professionals who work within the Motor Engineering industry and possible careers students might pursue.
How
Learning approaches are inclusive and personalised to individual needs where possible. We endeavour to teach Motor Engineering using verbal and written approaches.
